Account
Review Administrator (ARA) is only used by Synectics
Group and your technical staff. It has three
main types of functionality:
1.
ARA
is the tool for setting and maintaining database and
software configurations. These configurations establish
business rules and can actually change the look and
feel of screens. This functionality gives our clients
significant control and ability to adapt to changing
business needs without any software changes.
2.
ARA
also provides administrator access to many of the
data tables that support Account Review. Access ranges
from simple edit-entry forms to dynamic forms linking
many tables with complex relationships. There are
also advanced data dictionary features that allow
ARA to actually perform quality assurance tests against
the database.
3.
ARA
can also define the very detailed data requirements
and the rules for data that must be imported into
Account Review or exported to other systems. All of
the parameters of each job can be dynamically created
using the Import and Export Wizards, which make it
easy to build and maintain data linkages between Account
Review and other computer systems.
