Synectics Group is proud to announce the addition of Tree Top to our family of clients. Synectics was selected as Tree Top’s TPM vendor after completing several phases of a detailed RFP process that started last year.

Tree Top is a grower-owned apple and pear processing cooperative. Its 1,750 members are located in the states of Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Since its formation as a cooperative in 1960, the company's sales have grown from $1.7 million a year to nearly $300 million a year. The cooperative operates seven production facilities (five in the state of Washington, one in Oregon, and one in southern California).

Although Tree Top pure apple juice and cider remain the backbone of Tree Top retail sales, the Cooperative markets other consumer packaged goods, such as blended fruit juices and apple sauce. Tree Top also produces and sells in bulk an extensive array of dried, frozen and concentrated juice fruit products as ingredients used in the food industry.

In 1996, Tree Top reorganized into two distinct business units to focus more clearly on the Company's two major product lines and their two distinct customer bases. The Consumer Packaged Goods Division sells principally branded consumer products to retail, grocery stores, wholesale clubs, food service and international customers. The Ingredients Division processes dried and frozen ingredients for major food manufacturing companies, as well as juice concentrates for the beverage industry.
